Terms For Books, CD’s and other physical teaching resources
If the product you have purchased is lost or damaged in transit, or not as described, you can return the product and get a refund of the purchase amount in the form of store credit or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. If an item arrived damaged in transit, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Terms For Apparel & Art Prints – T-Shirts, Hoodies, etc.
We pride ourselves on great product quality. That’s why all our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement, or a refund of the purchase amount in the form of store credit, or exchange.
- Size Exchanges: Because our products are made on-demand to order, we are not able to offer refunds because of wrongly ordered sizes. However, we provide an accurate size chart with every product that is offered in various sizes. We recommend you use this chart and measure yourself to assure the product will arrive in the correct size.
- Buyer’s Remorse: We only offer refunds for damaged or mislabeled products, not for buyer’s remorse.
Refunds for items lost in the mail
If you think your item is lost in the mail, we will launch an investigation with the mail carrier to locate the package. We will refund any items that have been determined to be lost in the mail. If an item has been delivered according to the parcel tracking but has not arrived, you need to notify us within 30 days of the order date so we may launch a timely investigation.
- Undelivered Items: If an item is returned by the shipping company to us because it was “undeliverable”, we will reach out to you. At our discretion, you may need to pay extra shipping costs associated with an incorrectly provided address, or for any other at-fault reason provided by the shipping company.
- Third World Country Disclaimer: Please note that at our discretion, we may not offer refunds for items lost in the mail that have been shipped internationally to a Third World country. Due to the unreliability of the mail service in some countries and a heightened risk of lost mail, we cannot guarantee delivery, but we will ship an item internationally if you accept this risk.
Customs, import, or other duties
Any additional fees that may be charged by your country such as import duties are the responsibility of the customer. We encourage you to understand your local tax and import duties to determine if, and how much you will be charged by your governing authority.
Restrictions to this Return Policy Contents
- Returns do not apply to bulk orders unless there is a manufacturing defect in the product, if the item is damaged or lost in shipping. Please order one item first to ensure you are satisfied with its contents before placing a bulk order. A bulk order is an order of 3 or more products of identical specification.
- This policy does not apply to digital products, digital memberships, or donations, which are non-refundable.
