╫ Scattered & Regathered – Hear oh Bride

Israel or Gentile – this will change your life forever.

9 Years ago, this was the teaching that changed my life forever. A big stone in my foundation of fire that created a boldness and sense of identity in me that would never leave me. My hope is that this teaching does the same – to change your life forever – as it has mine.

  1. I am so delighted to have come across your teachings. You convey such tenderness and joy with the accuracy of the scriptures to confirm your teachings. It rings truth in my spirit. I have been seeking Yah for understanding. I believe you have been brought by Yah to help me.
I have been studying on my own with tv and videos on our Jewish roots for 35 years. Starting with Zola Levitt decades ago. I am in Illinois with not many messianic congregations. My dilemma is , many in this movement keep saying we need to be Torah observant and claim that they are and yet, we can not keep the Torah as it is written. I understand the Levitical Priesthood changed as it says in the Torah that it would change. My difficultly is with so many of the other laws. Even the feasts. We are not making sukkahs the biblical way, many staying in tents, many can’t even do that because of weather. I also have problems with many putting down the power and gifts of the Holy Spirit. I believe you said we must apply the Ruach to the Torah which I agree. We also need the power from the Ruach in our everyday lives. I feel as though we mislead others, who we are trying to reach, saying we are Torah observant. Just like myself, people bring up so many laws we are not keeping as written. I never hear about a woman staying away from people after she gives birth just as an example. Or can a man divorce his wife for any reason or did Jesus change it and say no? The 10 commandments say do not commit Adultery., yet Moses allowed it and then Jesus changes it back to the garden that is in sync with the 10 commandments. When that commandment is studied it means more than the act but don’t break wedlock. My point is He never changed the 10 but the other ones have qualifiers to them. They change. We don’t scourge people today who are caught in adultery and it seems Jesus changed that too. Witches are not stoned as Torah says to do. We would go to jail!! Even circumcision has some changes. I know it has been circumcision of the heart that is important but it does say you must be circumcised, too! It’s a little hard to understand. With just these few examples we are not keeping the law as written. Would it be better to stop saying we are observant and say the beautiful laws of Yah should be understood as the “spirit of the law”? I believe Jesus said, that keeping the 10 commandments we will have done well. And He also taught the 2 greatest commandments! I do believe it says in Deuteronomy 5:22, 10:1- 5 that the covenant is the 10 and Yah didn’t add anything to it as far as what He spoke and intended to be in the Ark. This is how I understand these scriptures but I believe the rest of His laws need to be studied and kept using the Spirit. But Jesus did change the laws sometimes where the 10 never change. The 10 don’t even contain sacrifices. They can be kept for every generation despite different cultures. All the rest hang on those 10 because as times change, keeping the 10 can easily be kept even thousands of years later with no alterations. I believe Yah moved these 10 from stony tablets to our hearts and mind. His Word is not a burden, He says. Keeping the 10 would transform our world and easily kept. We must not loose what Yeshua’s meaning was of the other laws that help us understand Yeshua’s heart and explain the 10. The rest of the law have seen changes by Yeshua Himself. He didn’t change the two greatest commandment nor the 10. But the rest need the Spirit to carry out their meaning. I would love a teaching that would go through the Torah law by law and teach how to walk it out using the Spirit of the law and how it enhances the understanding of the 10 they hang under. I think much of the messianic community are confusing people with this insistence we are keeping Torah. Church people would understand much better if we were truthful and not acting pompous or giving excuse after excuse why we cant keep it but then saying they are observant!! There is a difference to say we keep the spirit of the law virus we keep the law which we choose some to keep and some we don’t. We look like we are either stupid or trying to deceive people or being coy with the Word. They do not respect these messianic teachers. I am always qualifying what they mean and I confuse myself! People need simplicity to follow not confusion, for Yah is not the author of confusion. I love how you don’t put down the church or the incredible gifts of the Spirit. I believe the Azusa Street movement a hundred years ago brought the importance of the Spirit back into the forefront. Now we have the Word and or the Torah movement being brought forth. I believe these two movements should marry. It would represent the early church the way Yeshua ordained from the beginning. The prophet and healer Smith Wigglesworth, a week before he died prophesied before Jesus comes back that the Word would come forth as never before just like Azusa street revival did. I believe we are seeing this come to pass over the last two decades. I became a believer under the Pentecost movement and will never give up on the wondrous power of the Ruach. I don’t want to choose between the two. I feel much more comfortable adding what I know of Torah to my Pentecost church then to go to the messianic community churches who deny the gifts and the power of the Ruach. It’s Torah Torah everything. Many won’t even acknowledge the healing power of Yeshua for today. Some even claim Yeshua is not God. It is so Jewish they loose the power of being the light and the good news being so works base! But then claiming they are not! Yes we need to keep the laws of Yah but out of the love and power of the cross! The Pentecost church will listen to the Holy Spirit’s promptings and we are already seeing more and more Pentecostal churches accepting the Sabbath and even coming to understand the feast days. I don’t see messianic churches embracing Pentecostal teachings which they could also learn a lot. I will keep listening. I hope I was clear. I do love and respect Torah but the full gospel is many faceted! Thank you for I feel you are the only one who understands the beauty and the pitfalls of both movements and how the two are needed for the full gospel !! Yah had blessed you with knowledge beyond your years! I am nearly 70 years old and many of my piers don’t understand. I am trying to teach what I know and your teachings are very helpful. May Yah bless you and the ministry in Yeshua’s Name.
