It wasn’t just about drinking wine, or the sacrifice itself, there was something much bigger that God wanted to teach us about our sacrifices unto Him. The fat, liver and kidneys were to be sacrificed inside the camp, and each have an important meaning and message that explains to us why Nadab and Abihu’s sacrifice was considered as “strange” by God.
Leviticus isn’t just an irrelevant book full of obscure rituals, but teaches us the deeper things of Yeshua’s walk God calls us to.
